Admission price includes commemorative wine glass and wine tote bag. www.coastalprovisions.net for tickets Proceeds benefit the Currituck-Dare Community Foundation and other local nonprofits. Many thanks to Maple Leaf Farms (www.mapleleaffarms.com) for their generous donation of Duck. Description: 15 area Chefs and Restaurants to showcase their Duck culinary creations paired with featured wines. Live music, shops, wine, food and shopping. Come taste and judge for yourself who should win the “People’s Choice” award for best duck dish. I have always been a passionate fan of duck meat and I still remember my mother-in-law preparing it especially for me. If you have got wine with that, well, what more do you want? You are in paradise, I feel. This event sounds great to me. Judging by the way things are detailed in this blog, it seems that professional people are behind this event which means that you can enjoy your duck and wine peacefully.
